Words of Encouragement to Family & Future Generations
"Never let your past define your future. Keep your faith strong, work diligently, and always walk in integrity. God has a purpose for your life—trust in Him, and He will direct your path. No challenge is too great when you stay committed, focused, and anchored in the Word of God. As Romans 8:28 says, ‘And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for them.’ Keep pushing forward, and never lose sight of the calling God has placed on your life.”

About Our Speaker...
Early Life & Education
Otis Moody Jr. was born on December 29, 1990, in Waycross, Georgia. Raised in a strong, faith-filled household, he was taught the values of hard work, integrity, and service. At just five years old, in 1996, he was born again, giving his life to Christ. By the age of seven, he had already begun preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, demonstrating an early and profound calling to ministry. Otis pursued his education at South Georgia College, where he earned an Associate of Arts
degree, and later graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management.
Faith & Spiritual Journey
Otis has been deeply rooted in his faith and ministry from childhood. He serves under the leadership of Superintendent Elder Otis Dewayne Moody Sr., his pastor at Congregational First Born Church. His dedication to the gospel led to a significant milestone in 2014, when he was ordained as an Elder, further solidifying his commitment to ministry and leadership in the church. In addition to preaching and mentoring, Otis also serves as the Minister of Music at his church, using his passion for worship and music to uplift and inspire the congregation. His ability to lead through music is an extension of his ministry, bringing people closer to God through praise and worship.
Career & Professional Life
Otis is a seasoned Operations Manager with over eight years of experience in business administration, logistics, and project management. He currently serves as an Operations Manager at Walmart Pharmacy Distribution Center, where he leads teams, improves operational processes, and ensures efficiency and compliance. His facility plays a critical role in supplying over 800 Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacies, ensuring timely and accurate pharmaceutical distribution. His leadership is defined by a strong work ethic, strategic problem-solving, and a passion for developing others.
Skills & Hobbies
Otis is highly skilled in logistics, leadership, strategic planning, team management, and process improvement. His ability to organize, lead, and drive efficiency makes him a valuable asset in both professional and ministry settings. Beyond work and ministry, he enjoys music, technology, fitness, and community service. His passion for Bible study, mentoring, and personal development keeps him actively engaged in continuous growth.
Goals for the Future
Otis has a clear vision for his future, including:
• Continuing to grow in his faith and ministry, expanding his impact as a preacher.
• Advancing his career in logistics and operations leadership.
• Investing in mentorship and youth programs to inspire and uplift the next generation.
• Building generational wealth and a legacy of faith, leadership, and excellence.
